Edo Japan is somewhere I go to eat all the time when I am looking for a quick bite that I don’t have to feel guilty about. I am someone who is very conscious about what I put in my body and that makes it hard to eat out at just any place. I value fresh ingredients, eating healthy, and lots of plant-based options. That’s why when I got the chance to be part of the Edo Your Heart Out campaign, it only seemed like a natural fit because I know when I visit Edo Japan to eat, it meets my expectations around all of those things.

You know I love cooking, but lately life has been pretty hectic. I have been balancing a pretty demanding job during the day and school in the evenings. Of course school comes with its share of group projects and assignments that keep me really busy. There hasn’t been a lot of time to cook (welp). I have been having to rely on eating out a number of times a week, but I don’t want to sacrifice eating healthy. I think it is so important to nourish my body with tasty and healthy food to fuel my busy life. I love that Edo has so many plant-based options, so it is a really easy option for me to pick when getting food on the go. It is truly a brand that I stand behind.

On this day, I visited the Aspen location in Calgary and got the Veggie Noodlefull - skinny noddles and fresh grilled veggies with teriyaki sauce. I also decided to try out the new yam tempura with spicy mayo. Everything was so delicious as usual. And I didn’t have to feel guilty about it afterwards either!
