Green Smoothie

I was recently out to brunch and tried a delicious green smoothie. I used to find green smoothies unappealing, particularly because of the colour. If you are like me, give this recipe a shot. It tastes really good and it is really good for you. I have been having it in the mornings and I can actually feel the difference in my energy level.

Recipe (Serves 1):

·         ½ Cup Spinach

·         1 Pear (chopped and frozen)

·         1 Banana

·         1 teaspoon grated ginger

·         2 mint leaves

·         `1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds 

·          1 cup of coconut flavoured almond milk


Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy!
