Let me start by telling you that last week was tough for me. The holidays were over, after a couple weeks of holiday parties and spending lots of time with family and friends it was hard to adjust back to what felt like a normal/boring routine. I know I am not alone in feeling like this. Many people experience feeling low during this time of the year. I encourage you to fight the post- holiday blues by finding happiness in little things.
Yesterday I found a refreshing winter walk away from the hustle bustle of the city lifted my mood and left me feeling good. The view of the Rockies in the distance was very energizing for me. We headed back into the city feeling ready to take on January by the horns.
